      <description>&lt;P&gt;I didn't get an email confirmation upon activation but payment was taken off my card . i did get an error code telling me to log on again. &amp;nbsp;I don't want to do this for fear of two payments being taken off my card. What does this mean?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try using Chrome in incognito mode, click My Account in the top right corner and try logging in. Have you tried your phone? Does it work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If this is the case, you can create an account with your Public Mobile Number. Double check your AutoPay option as most probably it is not set.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
