If it's locked you can call them and they will provide you with an unlock code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you have to unlock the cell phone before using it with PM, yes its true that carriers are supposed to unlock for free but they make you wait on hold sometimes for a long time.&amp;nbsp; You can alternatively get an unlock code off ebay for 99cents depending on the phone and it comes quickly&lt;/P&gt;</description>
