    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been getting this issue for a few days now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to get my friend on board before the deal is over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after going throught the sign up pages, and clicking activate, it would go to a page saying an error has occured, please log in again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying the login doesnt work as the account has not been activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to activate again fails as it says there is an active session for this sim number, please wait 40-50 mins and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried myself for 2 days before i broke it enough to make it work. (once I got to the error screen, i pushed back this time instead of closing, and for some reason, there was only an activate button and no credit card info i can enter. Clicking activate completed the activation, and an email was sent to my inbox.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now my friend is trying to activate and is getting the same error. clicking back takes him back to the credit card screen, not an activate button. Is there a proper way to activate a sim online before the deal ends. He cannot log into the community as his account isnt activated yet, so he cannot join to get support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/49822"&gt;@Dougmania&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Activation process can be flaky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before contacting the moderators please try these:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;if stuck on select number, try selecting the "transfer number" option, then select new number again&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;try the "previous" button, then reenter info&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;clear your browser’s cache/cookies and restart your computer&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;use a different browser, or private/incognito mode&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;turn off any popup/ad blocker&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;no punctuation signs, commas, apostrophes, dashes in the activation form&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;pay attention to any field length limits, and if you have a long name(s) enter short ones; do not enter middle names&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;be sure your postal code is entered WITHOUT spaces&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;choose any valid Canadian number that is not your own as “Alternate”&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
