Do I lose what I paid?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This will change your phone number to the new sim and deactivate the old sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But you need a new COMPATIBLE phone and a new sim card. and everytihng can be done in your self serve account..in the tab PLAN/OPTIONS and CHANGE SIM CARD NUMBER. And everything will be OK.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then get a new SIM card, login to self serve, Change SIM and reactivate service.
