      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/76818"&gt;@jennifer111&lt;/a&gt;, is your account showing active with the correct plan features?&amp;nbsp; Nothing appears to be out of place in the self serve?&amp;nbsp; Is there additional information you can provide on the lead up to seeing mobile network not available?&amp;nbsp; If the account appears fine, I wonder if going to settings, mobile networks, doing a search and auto selecting the network may resolve the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
