When does my data reset on my plan?

I signed up today on March 16th. Payment due date is April 14th.

@wchu - your data will reset on your renewal date, with is early morning on April 15 (the day after your next payment is due).

Happy to hear other's experience. I'm quite sure that my data counter gets reset at 12:00 midnight ET on the renewal date.

( I'm strict about not logging in during renewal night, but last time I had something like 1GB left on data and decided to watch some footage at around 8:30pm (11:30EST). Made it until a couple of minutes past nine (midnight EST) and the next day there was a nice chunk of data already used.)

The time when payment is taken, on the other hand, is all over the map for me. I usually get the confirmation SMS around 12:00 noon ET on the renewal date that everything is completed.

yep definitely on renewal date, unless you do 90 day plan then your data accumulates over 3 months

Your data would usually reset in 30 days. or you can reset at plan change.
