      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/37413"&gt;@michelsavage966&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes errors can arise when the address on the account does not match that of the address registered with the CC.&amp;nbsp; In addition, if you are using an AMEX card, they are known not to work well during activation - if you can use a different card just for activating, you'll be able to add an AMEX if you register for auto-pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if either of these scenarios apply to your issue.&amp;nbsp; Let us know if not and we'll be able to keep troubleshooting the issue with you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
