I have sent 3 messages for assistance with not being able to access my self serve account and no one has gotten back to me....is there anyone there?

Yes someonhe is here... but the moderator are busy busy...be patient and wait for an answer...waiting time is few hours to 2 days..

Many people including myself, have recently posted about that issue. There's no point in you messaging the mods multiple times. Try accessing self serve again in off peak hours (early morning), except tomorrow morning, since that's when PM will be doing their server maintenance.

Yes someonhe is here, you are not alone. I have been waiting for almost 24 hrs, still no serivce on the phone.

@Doaa1, I was able to login without issues now. Three hours ago the web seems to be overloaded. Please try again now and let us know if it is working or not.
