      <title>auto pay not working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;My account has been suspended even though I am on auto pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the self serve also, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. Giving the "unable to process" error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you still have a working phone?&amp;nbsp; I noticed just the other day my plan didn't return to active until 12 noon Toronto time.&amp;nbsp; That's at least 10 hours later than it was last year when I signed up for Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems to be later in the day each time to me now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just tried to pay my sons bill and it seams it didn't take the money I did get his dad to pay it and so it used a different card however it's saying it didn't do anything but telling me funds are there so I don't know what's going on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
