      <description>&lt;P&gt;today is the renew day, after log in self serve account, it shows my plan expired. and " if u already paid pls disregard this message ur account suspended..."but the account balance still have money to renew. is that because the first day renew everyone see the same message in the renew day?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You should still be able to use your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue. I was away for a month and didn't pay but I came back yesterday and paid it right away. it's been more than 24 hours and my phone is still not active. My account shows 50$ and still says plan expired.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
