and how do i attach the question to my reply when i answer someone ?

Ok you can to this with a @ first and you will see name appearing you can choose which do you want use...
And to attcach just click on the QUOTE right up when you are replying someone..

Thank you, I could not find this on PM's site

Tags are for search word optimization. When searching it can use the tags as part of getting results.

You click on the orange Reply button on a post that you want to specifically reply to and then click on the black Quote button just above this text entry box to pull in their text.
