Loyalty rewards

I signed up for Public Mobile on November 9, 2016 on a 90 day plan.

On Nov 4, 2017 I did not receive my loyalty rewards.

On my next renewal on Feb 1, 2018 , can I expect $3 (for Feb, Mar and Apr) PLUS $3 (for Nov, Dec and Jan)?

Or at the very least, $3 + $2 (if Nov 2017 doesnt count)

Technically you did not pass 1 year mark on Nov 4th. But now that you passed it, you should already see the $3 loyalty rewards on your self-serve account. Go to Rewards and have a look.

Yes I can see the 3$ reward. But I want to know if I will get it for the month of Dec and January at least since after Nov 9, 2017 I would have passed the 1 year mark.

When you click My Rewards it shows, I'm reasonably sure though I've never paid close attention, Rewards already earned to date, not any anticipated Rewards. So, you have already earned $3 and this will be deducted before your next payment.

So the amount that shows up is for my November- Jan cycle?

Shouldn't they give the discount at renewal since this is a prepaid service?

You will not get anything for Dec and Jan. If you somehow waited and delayed your 4 renewals, you could have gotten extra $3.
