topic Balance at $0??? in Get Support

Hello!

My plan expired December 4th (yesterday). I wanted to pay for my next 3 months; however my balance states that I have $0 amount due. There is nothing to "pay off". In addition to this issue, for some reason my credit card information does not work on the self serve payment? I called my credit card company and have confirmed with me that I am not locked out.

Please advise. I have no mobile phone accessibility at the moment.
