    <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually that add-on plan was purchased by mistake . I am in Canada right now and wont be going anywhere. So , my doubt is whether the plan that i purchased is supported here or not?Or is there any other way i could get a credit because i am unable to use that service .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try restarting your phone. And check your account to make sure it shows the addon. You have to have funds in your account before you add it or it won't work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you could not use US add on within canada. Not sure if public mobile can give you some goodwill credit, you can give a try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
