@David_J just wanted to say thanks for looking into / commenting on the public lab posts. I hope you can clean up /merge some of the posts to make it more user friendly as well

Does this also means PM is starting to look and fix some of the issues that have not been fixed is password reset?

Also are you the new community liaison(Jeremy's rempacement)?

It would be nice to get some sort of status update on some of the very common and perhaps old issues such as:

- auto renewal issue

- at activation credit card payment not going through or getting charged multiple times issue

- password reset (as mentioned by @mimmo)

While I am not the new 'Jeremy' (those are big shoes to fill!), I am part of the team that will try and prune back all the ideas in the Public Lab in the coming weeks. Need to take a look at it all and figure out what is possible.

I hope you have big pruning sheers. hopefully you are able to create a nice gardenbed of ideas going forward rather than the jungle that exists now.

My personal opinion would be to bring the new topics down to 20 ish, by deleteing/merging as many duplicate ideas as possible (if you are allowed).and categorising the rest into the various groups. or even reading through all the posts and determining common themes (creating new threads from the common themes) then nuking the rest.

Its kind of like taxes. Put everything on a shoebox then sort it 2 days before the deadline or every month go in and sort the reciepts. Unfortunately David and the team have to do the first over 647 ideas to go through. Hey we can consider it an early Christmas gift from PM.

In case you're still wondering, Brooke C. is officially the new Community Manager replacing Jeremy, although she has just mentioned to me that the role is evolving/changing.
