To view full details hop over to Koodo forums. However to summarize I filed 5 CCTS complaints, 1 PIPEDA complaint, and 1 HRTO complaint against them. There are lots of eyes in my account at this time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2- Public worked fine for quite some time (this particular line active approx 1 year) however all service was cut around noon yesterday. I have spoken with&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10779"&gt;@Mary_M&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and she confirmed the issue was Koodo related, and both Mary &amp;amp; the CCTS rep advised issue with Public has been resolved now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3- Yes, essentially 2 days after issue (1 day after I started raising heck)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
