Hi @zhang1031 - Could you please submit an email using Get Help link? You will need to click on Contact Us > My account > Password > I need to reset my PIN.

my sim doesn't work so how do i activate my account. I don't have access to my Public mobile account either, I called koodo and they said my number was ported over.
