Call and text working. Data is not. Tried to change APN , still not working. Not sure what's wrong. Tried turning it on and off, airplane mode etc . Still not working,

Has it been working up to now ? Is it possible you've run out of your data allotment ?

cell phone setting-----cellular data-----turn on cellular data

Hi, if you are still having issues let us know. I use an iPhone 6 and have done many troubleshooting tests with it.

Make sure your Cellular Data is on and that all Apps that you use data with is on also.

Go to:

Settings > Cellular Data

You should see something similar to this...

Cellular Data = ON

Cellular Data Options = Roaming Off

Personal Hot Spot = OFF

Carrier Services

Network Selection = Public Mobile

Cellular Data Network

SIM PIN

Current Period = 5GB

Current Period Roaming = 0 bytes

***Turn on all data for Applications you use ***

e.g. Google Maps = ON

....
