Hello,

I am on a 90 day prepaid account since November of 2016. For the last 4 payments I paid $122.04 (includes tax). For November 2017, I was charged 128.82 with no change to my account. What gives? Anyone know why?

Thanks,

Richard

best to look at payment history, see what your previous statements showed.

I would also check to see if you are missing any referals 2x$3 =6, or you possibly had ghost referals which were removed what rewards are/were you getting? what is your tax rate? on some accounts tax was not calculated properly.

@richlam10 looks like you're in a province with a combined PST+GST (or HST/QST) of 1.13%. As @mimmo said maybe you lost..well it would be 2 referrals actually since they're $1 each per 30 days. Seems unlikely. Did you maybe turn off Auto Pay? Or perhaps for some reason you didn't receive your Auto Pay discount, if you have it turned on. I'd suggest you reach out to the @CS_Agent to have them investigate for you. Here's how:

You will need to click here to send a private message to the @moderator_team for assistance. They are Public Mobile support employees who can help with your issue.

In your message please include:

PM account email address

PM phone number

Detailed explanation

Note: Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am to 9pm, and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [All times in Toronto/Montreal time zone].

@richlam10, it would help us if you let us know what the cost of your base plan is without any rewards. There have been issues in the past where taxes have been charged incorrectly or not charged at all. Looking at the amount of $128.82 (all assumptions here) your base plan is $120 for 90 days -$6 for autopay would equal $114 * 1.13 (Ont HST) = $128.82.

With the $122.04 /1.13=$108 so as stated have you lost some referrals or had you received community rewards in the past and don't have any this time(Scratch that just noticed you just registered for community so it wouldn't be rewards)

sounds like autopay was turned off, or community rewards. referral rewards are only $1/pers
