I have been trying to add funds to my account but it says unable to process call your cred card issuer. I called and they said the issues isn't the. I used the same card Sunday no issues. Help!!! ☺

Do you have a different credit card you can try. It is possible the system locked out the cteditcard.

If it is urgent you could buy a voucher many shell and Canadian tire have them as well as wow mobile and the new place announced today.

If you already have a credit card registered, try calling 611 and follow the prompts to make a payment.
