You have posted to a very old thread. In the future, start your own thread under the appropriate category and it will get the exposure and answer to your questions you're looking for.

If you have an issue with overpayment and are in need of a refund, you will need the assitance of a moderator to get your account looked at. Send the mods a private message using this link: @CS_Agent, provide them with your name, account number and a brief explanation of what has happened and they will be able to look into issue for you.
