Need $15 Add On - Paid for $8 Add On accidentally

Hi there,

I having family living abroad and I wanted to add international add-ons so I can call my family in Hong Kong. I did not notice that the $8 200MIN add on does not include call going to international destinations (other than Canada OOP and US). Now that I can see the $15 add on includes 400 minutes to international destinations and I have yet used up any of my $8 add on, is it possible that I pay the differece and upgrade the existing add-on to the $15 one? I really need to contact my family abroad and I can't afford to purchase another add-on.

It's tough asking for a refund so many days later. I'd suggest chalking it up to experience and be more careful with reading the label before buying.

Yes, a mod got back to me and changed my 200 MIN Can+US talk to 400 MIN Intl talk add-on
