      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I m new to public mobile. And started an SIM card completely with public mobile. Not ported from other provider ! &amp;nbsp;I can place calls and go internet but can not receive calls. I don't know what to do about it. Thanks. Keyi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
