      <description>&lt;P&gt;The way to get support is now via this forum - send a private message to the moderators (&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;click here&lt;/A&gt;) and provide your email address, phone number and description of the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In your case, as you might not be able to give the above yet (as I presume you haven't gotten an actual PM account without the SIM) you can give whatever info you can.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To be honest, it would be much quicker to just buy one at a participating Walmart or WOW Boutique (click the "Get a Sim" link from &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;) if there's a location near you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
