Got it solved. The issue was I had a "ghost" balance of $120 and my actual balance was $40, just needed to top up $80 more to activate my plan.

Hello,

My plan did not seem to autopay properly yesterday and since then my phone has had no service. I then canceled autopay and would like to pay manually. However the issue is that the amount due is $0 according to both *611 any self service. There is an error saying I must reactiviate my service but I cannot find the option to pay. I have messaged the moderater team multiple times to no response. How would I able to reactiviate my service?

Thank you

Hi @seyit_g,

Unfortunately, there is nothing much for you to do at this moment since you have already messaged the Moderators. Sit tight and the Moderators should come to the rescue momentarily!
