      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed my AutoPay went through this morning, however the balance charged is incorrect and does not properly reflect the credits on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can a mod please contact me to help resolve this issue? I am currently unable to restore my service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks to all who replied but the issue seems to have worked itself out somehow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My service is working and i have resolved the payment issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
