      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please try the following :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- clear your browser's cache and history or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-use another browser such as chrome or safari.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- if you are using a credit card, make sure your name and address on PM account matches the credit card info.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still nothing works, please send a private message to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;explaining your issue and providing your phone number and account number and they will help you out. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
