@lilroman You posted in an old topic, i have moved your post for better visiblity.

You cannot get refund as the service is prepaid. All you can do it enable lost/stolen feature from your self-serve account. if you do not have self-serve account access, then you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team and they will get in touch with you shortly. Once you get a new sim card, you can change your sim number directly from your self-serve account.

If you didn't activate the SIM card then you don't need to cancel it. Just buy a replacement and register the new one for an account.
