All you can do it enable lost/stolen feature from your self-serve account. if you do not have self-serve account access, then you will need to send a private message to the &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Moderator_Team&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; and they will get in touch with you shortly. Once you get a new sim card, you can change your sim number directly from your self-serve account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If you didn't activate the SIM card then you don't need to cancel it. Just buy a replacement and register the new one for an account.</description>
