      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to access "my account&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;I registered several years ago and I do not have the same email address.&amp;nbsp; When I try to re-register it states that I am already registered, but I cannot reset my password to gain access as it does not recognise my new email address....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When was the last time you had an active plan on this account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After 90 days of inactivity (no plan) your SIM card and account get deleted including all remaining credits in that account. Then there is no way of restoring the account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
