I would like to know if there is an add on plan that I could use to call Canada while in Aruba.

No addons...you cauld use wifi and Skype or whats app...

Unfortunately no, there are only add-ons for roaming in the US. But you can get a SIM when you arrive there for very cheap.

Love Aruba!! Outside the airport DigiCel has a kiosk they can help you get the best prepaid minutes/data plan for your needs. If you have Wi-Fi you can use WhatsUp or Hangouts Dialer to make free calls anywhere in North America for free.

@Pwr123 With PM, there are no roaming options other than the US. A work-around is to use an app like Fongo ,WhatsApp,wechat using WiFi while you are down there. Otherwise I would recommend getting a local SIM during your stay.
