Expired plan error

Hi,

i have few questions regarding my account. My account balance prior to payment date was $15. However, once i logged into my account, there was a message saying my plan had been expired even though i was on auto pay and to make a payment. I made a manual payment with my credit card of $120 (which was the amount due) which did not reflect my rewards earned. It was charged the amount of $120 even though i had discounts of $18. My account still displays “plan expired”. Please help.

Expired in the plan description means the plan is no longer offered. During renewal the account does go through a phase transformation from suspended to active again. As long as the service continues to work, ignore all that and trust auto pay to come through in the end. The reward dollars get assigned to the account during the auto payment phase. Any attempts to perform manual payment prior to the rewards being loaded in will result in the rewards not being applied. If that happens, the reward dollars should be there as available funds for the next payment.
