I have referred friend in December , this same day receive message from P/M; thanks for referral, since then I'm receiving $1 credit but not promised $25 bonus

Was your friend activated his/her plan online?

The $25 promo is for online activation only.

You do not get any one time credit if you friend activated his/her plan in store. Your friend got your phone number correctly as you are getting the $1/m.

You only get the credit if all criteria are met at sign-up. Namely: Sign-up had to be online at home and NOT in the store (whatever variant of the "I can't sell you the SIM without activation" / "We are using the same activation portal as you do" excuse the sales person came up with.)

Did your friend get the $25 bonus or just $10?

The key question is whether your friend did the activation of new account in store or at home, online. If your friend did in store activation, you will not qualify for the $25 promo, just the ongoing $1/month regular friend referral. The promo was only for at home, online activation.

The $25 credit is a time-sensitive promotion and to be eligible, the new account must have been activated while the promotion was still on-going.

I do not remember if this promotion was offered back in December, but it was advetised as such, you'll need to send a private message to the modertators by clicking here:

Did you friend activate his/her plan online between November 15th, 2018 until January 1st, 2019?

If no, you will only get $1/cycle as long as your friend stays with PM. You will not get the one time $25 credit.

If your friend you referred activated in store, then you don't get the$25 credit. In order for you to get this credit your friend had to activate online themselves.

About referal can you get one from activating a family member. Were moving this summer, and the plan is to finally ditch the landline at the same time. I activated mine yesterday, but were gonna do another phone later on.

The 25$ credit for new activation online at home will ended the 18th of march but you still can have the 10$ after that with the 1$ per month for the person who had referred.
