      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to port my Rogers cellphone number to PM. I checked the Eligibility, which brought up the porting information boxes. I completed all the boxes, ticked the authorized box and hit submit. After 'thinking' for about htree minutes, nothing happened, so I clicked submit again, and still nothing happened. When I went to restart the process, I got this message about the same number -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We were unable to transfer the phone number you entered.
