      <description>What are you having problems with? If you keep getting error messages try a different browser or mode, Chrome in incognito usually works.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the problem you are having? You can try using a different browser or a different card.&amp;nbsp; Some times certain debit visa cards do not work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
