      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turnaround time is usually within an hour or two.&amp;nbsp; It is surprising that there has been no response for private messages sent yesterday.&amp;nbsp; There was a major outage yesterday morning.&amp;nbsp; So, there could be a bow wave of clean up activity today.&amp;nbsp; Stay patient.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
