      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you know what their typical response time is? I sent a PM almost two hours ago -- before I created this thread.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last year when a bug in PM's system caused my husband's plan changeover to fail and cut his service, he got a response on a thread from a moderator in 20 mins.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
