Looks like resolution is being rolled out. Many of my friends that were affected have reported that things are working now.

All the threads about calling issues should be merged into this one! Time to bury the bad news. An official announcement from public mobile is still outstanding. Likewise they should also provide an update on the issue of not being able to buy addons.
