Can't call locally....

Hi,

None of my families 3 public mobile phones are able to call out (even to each other in the same room). It says that I don't have a long distance plan, but I'm clearly calling locally and I have unlimited province wide calling. We're all able to receive calls from other callers though.

Could someone please help.

It’s speculation there’s an outage. No estimated time to repair as no one knows how to get in touch with PM technical. Check back often and check your phone’s outgoing calls regularly.

I can receive but not call out.

I have the same issue ! Tried calling locally this morning and I receive a message like this " you don't have enough add ons " , but my plan covers unlimited provincial talk

Having same issue now, both me and my gf for hours now... internet works fine and calling voicemail works, but can't call out anywhere and probably can't receive calls... what's going on?

I'm having the same issue. I just joined and can't make any calls.
