      <title>FAILED RENEWAL !  Very FRUSTRATED with PUBLIC MOBILE !</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a new client to Public Mobile. Just renewed my husband's plan last week, but mine could not be renewed no matter what ! So it's passed SEVERAL DAYS that I have PAID for the service renewal but have NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT !!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By looking at this forum, It seems like it is a WELL KNOWN PROBLEM with public mobile and YET, the company has NEVER taken any steps to FIX this!&amp;nbsp; All I see here is WORKAROUNDS to fix the problem, like adding the extra $1 into the account and also forcing the services to stop by reporting as stolen and then restarting it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I did it all and several times !&amp;nbsp; Still have NO SERVICE !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope Public Mobile can assist me and fix it ASAP. No more workarounds !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope a moderator will see this complaint soon!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kerstin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
