I need to make a call tonight but my plan has expired.

My account has been topped up with the money for the renewal but I can't wait.

Can someone tell me how to do this or who to get in touch with?

a) does your phone still work?

b) are you on the $10 plan?

c) can't wait? try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi (or on cellular data).

I assume you ran out of minutes. You can do an immediate plan change to a different plan or ask moderator_team to renew current plan early. They can take 2 days to answer.

if on the $10 plan just buy the long distance addon for 8 or 15$.

@Berta72 oy mods can renew a plan early. You will need to send them a request via private message and add funds equal to your plan bring renewed.

@Rebecca44 I've run into that before too. It was a matter of a short period of time and I had sservice again. Clicking on the question mark and talking to a MOD could help you sold this.
