      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recentely I lost my wallet with credit cards inside.&amp;nbsp; My payment day came up and I forgot to switch my card to my new card.&amp;nbsp; My phones texts, data, calls, would no longer go through so I went on the site to change my card.&amp;nbsp; However, I changed it and I still have no service on my phone.&amp;nbsp; How do I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Currently, I do not have any network service. I pm'd the MODs roughly 4 hours ago, how long can I expect to wait to have my problem fixed and go without any sort of service? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I messaged at 11ish, and it took about two hours to get a response, however the issue is still ongoing so it might take a couple of hours more.&amp;nbsp; I can let you know as soon as it is resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34314"&gt;@ajanthant&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They told me to top up my account, basically paying off more than my plan and it did the trick.&amp;nbsp; Any amount over your plan will just stay in your account and you can use it for your next payment.&amp;nbsp; Hope that helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
