So I signed up last month and got told I'll get a free month and I need it and it's not working has my phone should be can someone tell me how to get my free month I need my phone working asap

@Jordanphillips3 I would top up with a payment to get phone working then deal with the free month, as it might take time to investigate. when/where exatly did you sign up?
