      <title>difficulty buying add-ons</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought credits to purchase add-ons. I then went to the add-ons page, selected the amount of data I need, pressed buy add-ons. A window appears to confirm I want to purchase the data from my exiting credits. I confirm and the balance in my account does not change. I've done that a couple of times now to no avail. Never had that problem in the past. Anybody has a solution?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have also experienced this and I get the message "&lt;SPAN&gt;ValidateAndUpdateOptions/Provisioning_14" after adding credit to my account and buying the add-on for extra data. I think I will wait until my plan roll over in a few days, but my concern is that would this porblem occur again if I need to purchase another add-on online?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Anyone else experienced this tech issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kevin&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
