I just got a notification that my data limit has hit 95% and data is no longer working right now.

I find it highly unlikely as I've been out of the country for 3 weeks and just returned on Monday (4 days ago) and have been home most of the time recovering from jetlag and on my home wifi. My new monthly plan with 5gb LTE data started on Oct 21st. Today is Oct 26.

The only thing I could think of that could have happened is that somehow i got bumped off my wifi in the night and with my baby monitor app running it drained my data? but on a 5gb limit, I'm surprised it would disappear like that.

I checked my history of usage and it doesn't show any large data usage.. is it just lagging to update?

I'm hoping it was some kind of glitch.. can anyone let me know as I'm without data at the moment!!

What phone are you using? iPhone or Android?

iPhones have a setting, that unless it is turned off. It will use data when your wifi signal is weak. Some android phones have a similar feature.

They are aware of the glitch where 3G data would not reset when the plan renews. But i haven't heard about the LTE data. Anyways, send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account details and they will get back to you shortly.

There is currently a ticket open for investigation. Once again, this was for the 3G data. I cannot say it is definitely an issue with the LTE data as well, but since a few bugs currently failing the system, it might just be a factor.

@donnacheung can let us know what exactly happened when he hears back from mods.
