    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I received a text that my&amp;nbsp; Rewards have been applied to my account. Then I get another text 3 minutes later that my plan did not renew because we did not receive payment. I am on an Autopay, and I do see my credit card in y account. So, why am I seeing this message?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The error message that is on my account states:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN class="expiredUserMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please disregard this message if you have enough funds in your balance or are on AutoPay.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class="addFundMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Your account has been suspended.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need to send a private message to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;Moderator_Team&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;with your account details and they will care of this. Alternatively, you can try adding payment (plan cost - rewards/available balance) manually and your account might renew once you have enough funds to renew your plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
