    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try to put your account on LOST/STOLEN&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/72011"&gt;@mike-oui&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can do it in your self serve account and in PLAN/ADDS-on..click on phone lost/stolen and close your phone. After few minutes open it and click on find your phone and see if something has changed..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cellular Data not working after top up.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m pretty sure I ran out of data, but never received the text about being out. So I went in and purchased a 2Gb, data top up. The page didn’t seem to load correctly and I still had no cell data. So I assumed the page failed and went back and did it again, purchasing the same addon.. I check today, still no cell data but I see $50 in available funds, which matches when cost of the data add ons. When I go to the data usage and addons page in my account, it doesn’t show me my current data amounts? Tried restarting, no luck. I really need to fix this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I read your message again..you didn't buy your add-on if the money is still in your account...you can't buy it ? You have a button PURCHASE ADD-ON on your first page of your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The data add-ons are $10 for 200mb or $30 for 1gb. I'm not sure how you got to $50.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might be thinking of your actual plan. If you don't see mention of data down below on the overview page then you've used it up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But maybe post a screenshot of your overview page so we can see what you have going on. Blank out personal info of course.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
