      <description>&lt;P&gt;I posted about this yesterday but still haven’t had a resolution - my plan is showing expired and account suspended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My plan was supposed to renew yesterday and there were available funds in my account. Pls resolve this ASAP - I need my data for my work. Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can we get an explanation and credit for the frustration?!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also for people that forgot their username on this forum, good luck, you can't retrieve it because it doesn't actually get emailed to you!
