Was auto-pay active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- is your account showing active or suspended in self serve?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- did you receive an error message of some sort?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;its a renewal. i topped up my account. it says active but it won;t let me make any calls. it is saying i don't have a long distance plan but it ain't long distance numbers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
