    <description>&lt;P&gt;i had a similar problem, what i ended up doing is turn my phone off and tok out my sim. waited for a couple of minutes and turn my phone back on. everything started to work again and i started to get LTE&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Poor reception recently / texts won't send.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just in the last month I've had a lot of trouble sending texts and using data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Samsung Note 5. A lot of the time it shows 4 bars, but rarely does it show 4G, sometimes it shows H.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right now I have 4 bars and I am at home in the city (a small city, but still) and can't even send a text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically, I am using my phone in the same places I have for the last year, but it's a struggle to send or receive a text, and I don't know how to troubleshoot this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried clearing the cache on my Note, didn't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Usually data is the thing that suffers the most from poor reception.&amp;nbsp; Text should work with literally any reception and regardless of whether on 3G or LTE connection.&amp;nbsp; There is no correlation between signal strength and 3G/LTE connectivity.&amp;nbsp; At work in certain parts of the building, I only connect to a 3G tower.&amp;nbsp; Signal is pretty good, but it is only 3G.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
