Plan &amp;amp; Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.&lt;BR /&gt;See what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/73218"&gt;@Antonia1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; what number are you dialing? one of the vm numbers?&amp;nbsp; are you calling your own number?&amp;nbsp; dialing 1?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if regular outbound numbers work.&amp;nbsp; then you are probably just misdialing the voicemail number. ie pressing send with an extra or 1 less digit. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
